Pultruded or roll wrapped
Pultruded tube is formed by pulling fibre through a heated die in one continuous run, so both diameters are die controlled and the fibre is predominantly axial. Roll wrapped tube is wound onto a mandrel ply by ply and cured under tape, which sets the bore precisely and allows the fibre angles to be varied through the wall. Choose pultruded where the load is axial and the budget matters, and where a consistent outside diameter is useful. Choose roll wrapped where the tube sees bending and torsion together, where you are bonding a fitting into the bore, or where the layup needs to be tuned to the load case.

Outer diameters 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 30 mm as standard. Larger sizes custom, and square and rectangular sections quoted to your dimensions.
