We buy from qualified mills, not from trading intermediaries. Every supplier we work with is assessed on process control, consistency between batches, and the documentation they are willing to put their name to. A supplier who will not stand behind what they issue does not become one of ours.
Material is checked against the specification on your purchase order before it moves to you. Dimensional verification, visual inspection for surface and finish defects, and a check that the documentation matches the physical batch.
Documentation requirements are agreed at quotation stage, so what you need at goods inward is settled before the order is placed rather than chased afterwards. Every consignment includes a packing list matched line by line to your purchase order.
Standard lengths are listed on each product page. Where you need a specific finished length, tell us at quotation stage.
Grade, layup and wall thickness change the price of a part significantly, and the most expensive option is frequently not the one your application needs. Tell us the load case and we will work through it with you before you commit to a specification.
